Corporative Service Associate

 
Responsibilities:
 
Handle incoming calls professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency;
Welcome visitors or guests initially and transfer to the proper internal parties;
Receive and coordinate distribution of parcel, mail, fax etc;
Provide corporative service for clients and handle enquires from clients;
Provide general administrative supports for operation team, such as data inputting, document drafting and filing;
Perform other duties assigned by manager.

 
Requirements:
 
Bachelor or above degree with major in Business Administration and with experience of customer service is preferred;
Detail-oriented and can work accurately;
Strong Chinese and English communication skill both in oral and written.
